All underwent our in-house business transcription training followed by client-specific training prior to being assigned to work with a particular team or account. They are highly skilled in internet research and are fully equipped with the best transcription tools including a comprehensive set of spellcheckers (legal, medical, technical, financial, scientific etc.) and a vast library of electronic references.
