Digital media files and their transcripts are sent by our clients to our secure FTP site. The video files must have a visible time code matching the program master. After caption/subtitle files are produced, they are transmitted back to the client or the designated encoding facility via the internet in the data transfer method preferred (i.e. secure FTP, secure email, or VPN).

We accept digital recordings in AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2, WMV, MOV, and MP4 formats. Analog videos will need to be converted to any of the digital formats above.
 
For uploading convenience, clients may need to convert and/or compress high resolution digital video files prior to sending. If assistance is needed, our technical support specialist can guide the client in this procedure.
