Our captioning and subtitling quality assurance process involves multiple levels of editing from the captioners and subtitlers to the full time editors and quality assurance officers. Captions and subtitles are all meticulously screened for content accuracy and for proper cueing, positioning, line breaks and cuts. Metrics and guidelines are in place to measure the quality of our production staff on a regular basis. Quality assessments are frequently performed on all levels to monitor performance and to ensure that we consistently provide captions and subtitles of the highest quality standards in the industry.
