Our legal transcription department is composed of seasoned transcribers and editors who all have an extensive understanding of jurisprudence and the U.S. justice system. They all underwent our in house paralegal training program as well as client specific training prior to being assigned to work with a particular team or account.

Our legal transcription personnel are all college graduates who majored in fields such as political science, humanities, journalism, English literature, education and etc.  They have excellent writing skills, particularly spelling, grammar and punctuation and have a vast vocabulary covering multiple disciplines.   They are also familiar with many regional accents and dialects.

They are highly skilled in internet research and are fully equipped with the best transcription tools including a comprehensive set of spellcheckers (legal, medical, technical, financial, scientific etc.) and a vast library of electronic references.
